Just Some of the measures we are taking to protect our Customers and Staff

Procedures for before after test drives and before delivery:

  • Sanitize exterior door handles
  • Sanitize steering wheel
  • Sanitize interior door handle
  • Sanitize gear stick, hand brake and all switches which may be touched.
  • Sanitize keys
  • Cars are to always have a plastic seat cover on while on display

General Rules:

Regular temperature tests will be done on all staff

  • Keep 2 meters from customers and staff at all times
  • Customers and Staff must sanitize hands before entering the office space, using the outside sanitizer stand
  • Sanitize hands before and after touching any vehicle keys
  • Customers may come into the office area, but are required to wear a mask; Disposable masks will be provided if the customer does not have one
  • Staggered break times will be applied; No more than 1 person at a time in the kitchen/eating area
  • If any staff member is feeling unwell, then they must notify their manager straight away
  • Regular hand washing is required at least once every 2.hrs
  • No unnecessary visitors allowed
  • Credit card terminal is to be cleaned before customers use it and after
  • Regular cleaning of desks, door-handles, lunch-room and any high-use areas
  • All office desks are fitted with Lexan Screens dividers
  • Paper work / receipts must be put in the designated area or pushed under the divider
  • All staff are requested to wear face masks when they are away from their desk screen dividers
  • Salesmen will always wear masks when dealing with customers
  • Limit paper work flow-All leads are to be forwarded to the finance department by email
  • Limit all external deliveries
